Dr. Dirk Bayas-Linke is a post-graduate social scientist and expert in the decoding of the implicit meaning of signals. For many years, he has been intensively studying cultural scientific methods such as objective hermeneutics and their implementation in brand communication. In the team at decode, Dr. Bayas-Linke is in charge of decoding the implicit signals of products, brands and touchpoints. In this process he combines visual sociology with insights in neuropsychology. He graduated from the University of Kassel in 2009 with a focus on the meanings and structures of interactions between employees and organizations. He previously worked in the field of qualitative market research for six years.
