With a background in social science and organisational behaviour, Tobias is Director of Research & Innovation. He is responsible for transfering scientific analytical techniques to our Marketing consultancy. As an expert with many years international experience in brand and advertising research he coordinates all the marketing research activity for decode. Following his education at Phillips University in Marburg and at the University of South Queensland (Australia), Tobias spent more than ten years in market research-based consulting. Most recently, he was Account Director at Millward Brown where he was in charge of the accounts of significant fmcg and telecoms advertisers.
